Our Mission
At WAI, we believe in the power of community and the potential within every individual. Our mission is to enhance the executive function of disadvantaged communities - those dealing with substance abuse, PTSD in reentry populations, homelessness, and mental health challenges. Through evidence-based therapies like CBT, MRI, and ABA, we help individuals regain control of their lives and contribute positively to the society.

At WAI, we’re committed to creating real change, even at the start of our journey. Through our subsidiary organization, UNIEC, we’ve secured a dedicated home for our clients. This facility will serve as a foundation for individuals to begin their transformative journey, where they will undergo a series of specialized training programs designed to enhance their quality of life. UNIEC’s focus on supported housing ensures that our clients receive the care, resources, and community support they need to build happier, more independent futures.
